Essentials
In Vilanova, we call this neighborhood “Baix a Mar” whose name means that it is near the sea, very close to the beach. A neighborhood with absolutely all services a few meters away: supermarkets, train station, parking next to the train station, the train station itself and just a few minutes from the beach, leisure areas, restaurants, as well as the center of the city.
